**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Care Manager to join us on a part-time basis during night shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of all residents during nighttime hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and respond to residents' needs during night shift hours, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Conduct rounds and checks to ensure the security and cleanliness of the facility.
- Document observations, incidents, and care provided in the resident’s records accurately and timely.
- Communicate any concerns or changes in resident status to nursing staff or higher management promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to maintain a high standard of care.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Indiana CNA license required.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or care management role is an asset.

- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and make sound decisions regarding resident care.
- Compassionate, patient, and sensitive to the needs of others.
